Keith Sholl

Senior Pastor

Pastor Keith Sholl is Senior Pastor at Toledo First Alliance Church. His previous pastoral ministries include; Associate Pastor of Pastoral Care and Administration, First Alliance Church, Toledo, OH; Senior Pastor, First Alliance Church, Columbus, OH; Senior Pastor, Toledo Gospel Tabernacle (now First Alliance Church) and Pastor of Cedarville Community Church, Cedarville, IN. He is also the speaker on Design for Destiny, a radio broadcast heard on numerous stations. Married since 1967, Keith and Dee have two grown sons. His greatest joy is to awaken people to God's truth through the preaching and teaching of God's Word.

Brian Elmer

Associate Pastor

Pastor Brian's responsibilities include providing leadership for the Worship Arts ministry, Discipleship, and Administration. Brian is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College and went into full-time ministry in 1986. He began his ministry at First Alliance Church in February 2009. He has ministered in Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. Brian's desire is to use the gifts and talents of people in the local church to minister to the body of Christ! He is blessed when people discover the joy that comes from using what God has given them to minister to others. His desire is to see people "grow forward" in their walk with Jesus. Brian is married to Carmela, who ministers with him in the worship arts ministry, and together they have been blessed with 4 children - two married sons: Philip to Jocelyn and Nathan to Brittney. Jacob (high school) and Kyle (junior high) live at home with mom and dad.

Sue Trumbull

Director of Children's Ministr

Sue gives leadership to our nursery through sixth grade Children's Ministry areas. Her greatest desire in Children's Ministry is to see kids claim their own faith and live it. Sue is a graduate of the University of Toledo in elementary education. She also has a one-year degree from Word of Life Bible Institute. She spent one year in Columbia, South America as a teacher for New Tribes Missions. On several mission trips to Mexico and Jamaica she headed up Kids' Clubs with high school students as teachers. She taught school at Toledo Christian School for five years. She has run several short-term kids' programs at area churches and helped to run a Mom's Day Out program for preschoolers at Bedford Nazarene Church. Sue is married to her husband, Mike and has four children Daniel, Andrew, Nathan and Jessica. Sue and Mike homeschool their four children. Cooking, playing games, swimming and water skiing are some of their favorite pastimes.

Kendra Sankovich

Director of Office Operations

Kendra serves the church staff and lay leaders by assisting their specific ministry needs. She runs our church office and is in constant communication between our staff and our congregation. Kendra earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with an Emphasis in Management from Cornerstone University and has been serving at First Alliance Church since 2008. Outside of the office, she also serves in Children’s Ministry, with the After School Klub, and participants in church drama productions. Kendra and her husband, David, have a beautiful little girl, Layla.

Dan Corl

Pastor of Student Ministries

Pastor Dan's responsibilities include the Youth and College and Career age. Dan leads small groups, Bible studies and discipleship classes. Dan is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College and has served in the Christian and Missionary Alliance as a Pastor since 2007. He has served as a Youth Pastor in Montana and now currently serving back in his home state of Ohio. Dan's desire is to not only teach the written Word of God but also finding ways to lead service project teams in the local community. "Knowing Christ-Showing Christ" He has a heart for discipleship and a desire to see lost people come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. God has given Dan a unique ability to arm wrestle and compete at a high level. This has opened doors for him to minister in a lot of different ways. Dan is married to Molly, who is also involved in many different venues of ministry. They have two kids, Macy and Carson.
